This gentleman was unhappy with his teeth, he wanted a better smile and the missing teeth to be replaced.
We placed six implants in the gaps, did a preoperative Invisalign to align the remaining teeth and they were later restored with cosmetic crowns and composite veneers.
This lady presented to us with multiple loose teeth and was unable to chew her food properly.
Unfortunately, severe periodontal disease meant the remaining teeth had poor prognosis. A decision was made to have all the remaining teeth extracted. She had a choice between conventional full dentures, overdentures stabilised with dental implants, or implant-supported bridges. She chose implant overdentures.
Her remaining teeth were extracted, four implants were placed in each jaw and an immediate full denture was delivered. This was replaced with overdentures on locator attachments connected to the implants four months later.

This lady was unhappy with the shape and colour of her teeth. She had braces as a child, but the teeth had since relapsed.
Her smile makeover was done by a short course of Invisalign to bring the teeth back to the desired position along with whitening followed by Ultrathin Emax Veneers on the upper arch. We delivered Vivera retainers at the end of the treatment to be worn every night to prevent further relapse in future.
Invisalign is a great tool to move the teeth to the ideal position before preparing veneers which allows us to make them with minimal or sometimes with no tooth reduction at all.
This lady had five of her back teeth extracted at a young age, and she came to us to have dental implants to replace those missing teeth. Some of the teeth opposing to the missing ones had 'supra-erupted' causing inadequate clearance for implant crowns.
We placed the implants and used Invisalign to improve the clearance and straighten her remaining teeth. Six months later, after the teeth were straightened, crowns were attached to the implants. We did some teeth whitening and minimal composite bondings to finish her smile makeover.

Severe gum disease had made most of her remaining upper teeth unrestorable and they were replaced with a zirconia implant bridge. Her missing on lower right side and the remaining worn-out teeth were restored with dental implants and cosmetic zirconia crowns. She was very pleased with the results achieved.
Extensive use of digital imaging and 3D scans have helped us to plan this case and to give a satisfactory provisional bridge immediately after extraction and placement of implants.
