Typically, you will wear your bespoke Invisalign® aligners for an average length of 6-12 months. During the treatment you will change your aligners weekly for the next aligner in the set, this easy process can be done by the patient at home.
Your dentist will need to see you on average every 6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. The aligners are worn both day and night, only to be removed when you eat, drink, brush, floss and for special occasions.
Once the treatment is completed and Invisalign® has straightened your teeth, you may find improvements in your overall gum health.
