This lady had multiple failing bridges/crowns which were many years old. She wanted to improve her smile and function.
We removed her lower left first molar which was unrestorable and replaced that with a dental implant. While the implant was healing over the next few months, we replaced her failing bridges/crowns with new cosmetic alternatives. The new implant crown helped to balance her chewing forces on both sides.
Clinical photos and digital 3D impressions were done prior to starting the treatment and a prototype of the new smile was created which was shown to the patient before starting the treatment.
