On examination, his remaining teeth were found to be unrestorable. We extracted all the remaining teeth and placed implants in his upper and lower jaws and a temporary denture was placed for a few months to allow healing.
Six months later, we restored his mouth with implant-supported 'All-on-X' hybrid bridges.
