Invisalign and composite bridge

This gentleman came to us with gaps between his upper teeth.

He had braces when he was a kid and the teeth relapsed as he didn't wear retainers.

His UR2 was congenitally missing, he had a midline shift and some gaps between his teeth.

We used Invisalign to close the gaps and correct his midline. We discussed the option of placing an implant on UR2 or have a composite bridge along with composite veneers/bonding on the rest of the upper front teeth.

He opted for the second option.

This was a minimally invasive option with no drilling of his teeth and gives him the choice of having an implant to replace UR2 should he choose to do so.

He was pleased with the results.
