This gentleman was unhappy with the appearance of his teeth.
His upper right central and lateral incisors were severely discoloured and had failed root canal treatments on them. He had a prognathic mandible with a a class 3 profile.
We cleared the infections on those teeth by removing the old root fillings and replacing them. Once those teeth were settled, his cosmetic treatments began, we used internal and external home bleaching to improve the colour of his teeth, and Invisalign to straighten them.
He would benefit from an orthognathic surgery to improve his facial profile, but he chose to have the smile improved with Invisalign for now.
