Her anterior deep bite was improved with Invisalign, the failing crowns and bridges were replaced with new ones, and her missing back teeth were replaced with implants.
Lack of sufficient posterior teeth is often the main cause of failure of anterior restorations due to occlusal overload. We aim to improve the function/chewing ability first wherever possible before staring the cosmetic treatments.
