This gentleman came to us with slightly loose upper front central incisors.
They were damaged years ago while playing football and were root treated and crowned. A CBCT scan confirmed the poor prognosis of them. He wanted to straighten the remaining teeth too.
We extracted the upper central incisors and replaced them with dental implants. Invisalign was used to straighten his teeth and some whitening and composite bonding was used to complete his smile makeover.
