This lady was unhappy with her smile especially with the gaps in the upper arch.
A digital smile design was done using the information from CBCT scan, clinical photos and intraoral 3D impressions. Her upper teeth (except UL6, which was healthy and in a favourable position) were removed and implants were placed.
A CAD-CAM milled plastic fixed temporary bridge was fitted soon after. After four months of healing this was replaced by a Zirconia implant bridge.
