This gentleman was unhappy with the appearance of his teeth.
He had a retained baby tooth which was crowned years ago - it was getting loose and another crowned tooth in the lower arch which had unrestorable caries underneath.
We made him dentally fit with the necessary fillings and extractions and his smile was restored with Invisalign to straighten his teeth. We provided some whitening, missing teeth were replaced with implants and composite bondings were done for the upper arch.
Direct composite veneers/composite bonding was a good alternative compared to porcelain veneers in his case.
