Full Upper Bridge and Lower Implants

This lovely patient presented expressing dissatisfaction with her partial dentures and was eager to explore a fixed solution for her missing teeth.

After a comprehensive assessment and discussion of treatment options...

We devised a plan that utilised her remaining upper teeth to support a long-span fixed bridge, restoring both function and aesthetics.

For the lower arch, where no suitable teeth were available for conventional bridgework, dental implants were placed to replace the missing teeth.

While dental implants are an excellent option when natural support is lacking, it is often preferable to use a patient’s own teeth to support a fixed restoration when conditions allow.

The patient was absolutely delighted with the outcome, noting a significant improvement in both appearance and chewing function.
