Upper All-On-X

This lady came to us with multiple loose teeth and was struggling to chew properly.

On examination, her remaining upper teeth, many of them already loose, and had a very poor prognosis.

After discussing her options, she accepted that her upper arch had reached a terminal dentition stage...

And was keen to explore an implant-supported solution, starting with the upper jaw only.

Using her digital impressions and CBCT scans, we designed a new smile and planned a fixed full-arch restoration.

All remaining upper teeth were gently extracted, 4 implants were placed, and an immediate fixed provisional bridge was delivered.

After 4 months of healing, this was replaced with a long-term implant-supported bridge...

Giving her a strong, natural-looking, and functional result.

She is maintaining excellent oral hygiene and attending regular hygiene visits...

Both of which will help protect her implants and hopefully prolong the life of her lower natural teeth.
