This lovely patient came to us hoping to refresh her smile.
She had composite bonding on her six upper front teeth many years ago, but over time it had become stained, and she felt her teeth looked a little too square.
We talked through the options: replacing the bonding with new composite or switching to porcelain restorations. She chose to stay with composite bonding.
Using digital impressions and photographs, we planned a new smile design.
We included the premolars on both sides to create a fuller smile line and add a little character while avoiding a square appearance.
We then replaced the existing bonding with new composite.
She was delighted with the result.
