Upper All-on-X

This patient was unhappy with her smile and her remaining upper teeth, which were loose and made chewing difficult.

Her previous dentist had suggested that she might need to have them removed and possibly consider dentures...

But she was not comfortable with that option.

She came to us to explore implant-supported bridges.

Initially, she was nervous about treatment, unsure of what to expect or how the final result would look.

We performed a CBCT scan to evaluate the remaining bone and took extensive photographs and digital images to help design her new smile.

We showed her a simulation of the anticipated outcome and she decided to proceed with treatment.

Although both her upper and lower teeth needed attention...

The upper arch was in the worst condition, so she opted to treat the upper teeth first.

All remaining upper teeth were extracted, 4 implants were placed, and a fixed provisional bridge was provided.

After 4 to 5 months of healing, this was converted to the final Graphene bridge.

She is now very happy with the results.

She is confident in her bite, able to chew comfortably, and maintaining excellent oral hygiene.
