This lovely lady came to us hoping to find a solution for fixed teeth.
She had suffered from gum disease for many years and unfortunately, most of her remaining teeth had become increasingly mobile.
Following a comprehensive assessment, including a 3D CT scan, it became clear that her remaining teeth could not be predictably restored.
After discussing the different options with her, we decided to proceed with full‑mouth dental implant rehabilitation.
We carefully planned her treatment using photographs and digital scans, designing her new smile in advance.
On the day of surgery, her remaining teeth were removed, dental implants were placed, and she was able to leave the practice with a set of fixed temporary implant bridges.
After approximately four to five months of healing, the temporary bridges were replaced with her final cosmetic zirconia implant bridges giving her a natural‑looking, confident smile and, importantly, fixed teeth again.
She was delighted with the final result and very happy with the positive difference the treatment has made to her smile, confidence, and everyday life.
