Full Smile Makeover - Implants, Invisalign and Crowns

This gentleman was unhappy with his teeth, he wanted a better smile and the missing teeth to be replaced.

We placed six implants in the gaps, did a preoperative Invisalign to align the remaining teeth and they were later restored with cosmetic crowns and composite veneers.

Full mouth rehabilitation with implants

This lady presented to us with multiple loose teeth and was unable to chew her food properly.

Unfortunately, severe periodontal disease meant the remaining teeth had poor prognosis. A decision was made to have all the remaining teeth extracted. She had a choice between conventional full dentures, overdentures stabilised with dental implants, or implant-supported bridges. She chose implant overdentures.

Her remaining teeth were extracted, four implants were placed in each jaw and an immediate full denture was delivered. This was replaced with overdentures on locator attachments connected to the implants four months later.
