Another case of upper all-on-X FP1 implant bridge we did recently.
We used the size and shape of her existing teeth as a guide to design her new smile and implants were placed on the same day after extraction.
A provisional bridge was made using CAD CAM technology and was inserted.
She was very happy with the appearance of the immediate provisional.
We will convert this to a definitive long term porcelain bridge after 3-4 months.
