This lady was unhappy with her failing upper bridge.
A few months ago, we extracted the remaining upper teeth, implants were placed on the same day and a fixed provisional bridge was made.
This was then converted to a zirconia prosthesis five months later.
Digital images, 3D impressions and CBCT scans allowed us to place the implants in the optimum position and keep the provisional and the final designs in harmony with her face.
