This lady lost her lower front tooth due to gum disease and her adjacent teeth were not very strong either. We decided to close the gap with a composite adhesive bridge which doubles up as a splint.
Recent advances in CAD CAM composite materials have eliminated the need of small partial dentures in most cases. This case required no tooth reduction.
